Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ commercial experience in microservices-based backend engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, or Sinatra in production

As a Workday HCM Specialist

Lead HR system architecture and configuration, translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions using structured frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years’ hands-on Workday HCM configuration and solution design experience
